1. Scope
This Data Processing Addendum applies when GUSE LTDA - CNPJ: 47.758.713/0001-82 processes personal data on behalf of a customer while providing SpeedInts services.
2. Roles
The customer is the controller of personal data submitted to SpeedInts. GUSE LTDA - CNPJ: 47.758.713/0001-82 acts as a processor and processes personal data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
3. Processing Activities
SpeedInts may process account, billing, monitored-site, report, and support data for these purposes:
- Providing website monitoring, audits, reports, and alerts
- Maintaining user accounts and permissions
- Securing the platform and preventing abuse
- Providing customer support
- Meeting legal and compliance obligations
4. Security Measures
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, and disclosure. These measures include access controls, encryption in transit, vendor review, monitoring, and incident-response procedures.
5. Subprocessors
We may use subprocessors to host infrastructure, process payments, send email, provide analytics, and support operations. Subprocessors are required to protect personal data under obligations consistent with this addendum.
6. International Transfers
If personal data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable data protection law, including standard contractual clauses when applicable.
7. Data Subject Requests
We will provide reasonable assistance to customers responding to data subject requests when the request relates to personal data processed by SpeedInts.
8. Deletion and Return
Upon termination of service, customers may request deletion or export of customer data, subject to legal retention requirements and backup deletion schedules.
